Sentinel in the Mist

There's a reason I always bring one of my cameras to a race, because of shots like the below one. It was a foggy morning in Golden Ears Provincial Park, just east of Vancouver, British Columbia.  I'd gone to that park to run a 9 mile trail race.  When I got to the park, the fog was as thick as a San Francisco summer.  But when the fog started to clear over Alouette Lake, I saw the following.

I call it the Sentinel in the Mist because of the life guard tower sitting out there in the lake, it's reflection cast on the still lake waters.
